Your Central Ontario Conferences and annual District Conference are opportunities to grow, learn and have fun as an Optimist, and meet members of other Clubs in the CENON formally and informally.

Conference accommodations

Three Quarter Board Conferences. Three great locations around our Central Ontario District.

Our 2017-18 First Quarter District Conference will be held at the Monte Carlo Inn in Barrie. Please follow this link for more information and access to the registration form. Please book your hotel before October 18th to receive the group discount.

Our Second Quarter District Conference will take place at the Holiday Inn Central in Oakville. Follow this link to access more information and register. Please book your hotel before January 9th to receive the group discount.

Our Third Quarter District Conference will be held at the Travelodge Hotel in Belleville. Please use this link for more information and to register for this Conference. Please book your hotel room before April 4th to receive the group discount.

Note for First Time Attendees at a District Conference: For those who are not required to attend a District meeting on Friday evening, and who are able to arrive early Saturday morning within a reasonable commuting distance, you may choose to simply commute to the hotel for the meetings and events on Saturday. If it is not within reasonable commuting distance, there will be other Optimists at the hotel as well on the Friday evening, and there is a Hospitality Suite Friday evening to get together as a group, meet the District Chairs and Officers and have fun.
